Effective January 1, 2012, two executives at ACAP Health Consulting have been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Chapter of the American Diabetes Association (ADA). Wally Gomaa, President of ACAP Health, will serve as Chairman of the Board, and Scott Conard, MD, Chief Medical Officer at ACAP Health, was appointed President. Both will serve a one-year term for the local chapter. 

 

The mission of the American Diabetes Association is to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. They fund research to prevent, cure and manage diabetes, deliver services to hundreds of communities, provide objective and credible information and give voice to those denied their rights because of diabetes.
