Our mission is simple – we want to stop the production and destruction of disease within your organization.

Stopping the production of disease means that your plan participants will have fewer heart attacks, less late stage cancer, and fewer new cases of Type II diabetes.  These are big goals!  We believe that employers hold the key to unleashing these results.

The destruction from disease can be both physical and financial.  The disintegrated, fragmented, and incomplete care that many patients receive creates poor quality, high cost destruction.  By using tools that increase network transparency and consumer empowerment and advocacy, we enable individuals to be more effective healthcare consumers, resulting in lower costs and higher quality care.
